Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and preventative maintenance programs
- Physical Requirements
- This position requires frequent walking, climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, and working in indoor and outdoor environments. Candidates must be able to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as required.
