Team Lead Operations (m/f/d) 80%-100%

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Plan and allocate workloads to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, escalating complex challenges where appropriate.
• Drive performance management through regular feedback, coaching, and formal reviews to support team growth.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and ensure accurate tracking of operational activities and project documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a scientific, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with sound decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills and knowledge of GxP regulations are an advantage.
