Responsibilities

- Strong hands-on experience supporting and operating enterprise platforms and business systems
- Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment
- Solid troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of platform security, patching, access controls, and vulnerability management
- Experience delivering upgrades, releases, and platform changes safely and effectively
- Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and modern engineering practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to keep stakeholders informed during incidents and change activities
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality service delivery
