About the role

Act as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligning business objectives with employees and management across corporate functions. Support the delivery of HR services, including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and change management. Participate in the implementation of HR action plans, programs, and projects that support corporate objectives. Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs (e.g., skills development, retention, engagement) and implement appropriate solutions. Provide coaching to managers on HR-related topics, including employee management and leadership development. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and business partnering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act as a trusted internal advisor.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both French and English.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving HR environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience supporting corporate functions in a complex organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to organizational transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience coaching and developing leaders.
