Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• At least 2 years of Project Management or Business Process Management experience
• At least 1 year of Communications or Relationship Management experience
• At least 1 year of experience using Jira
• At least 2 year experience with Tableau or QuickSight
• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing GenAI applications to solve complex business problems, analyze data sets, or automate routine processes

• McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project Manager
• Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager
• Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
• This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

General Responsibilities: As a Senior Project Manager you will: Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time. Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent Partnering cross-functionally with project customers and the Discover Governing PMO to provide tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to capture updates, risks, dependencies and ensure delivery of commitments Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
