Responsibilities

• As part of the care team, you'll provide support, ensuring his safety and wellbeing while helping him maintain his independence and enjoy the activities he loves
• He has been diagnosed with complex clinical needs, including;
• Cerebral Palsy
• Seizures
• Key Details:
• Contract : Casual/Bank position
• Location : Eaton (Norwich)
• Shifts : A mix of earlies and lates
