The incumbent will work as a part of dynamic team to develop and execute regional sales & business development strategies for Heat Pump product line aligned with Global and Asia Pacific strategy. Responsible for business development, executing sales & marketing strategies, work on new business opportunities & focused actions on developing Heating business.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support for Growth
  • Support Regional sales teams for meeting & exceeding monthly, quarterly & annual sales plans.
  • Develop new customers / system integrators across India
  • Bid for special high value projects via integrators/customers
  • Create pull for Copeland products through consultants, architect, other influencers outreach program
  • Business Development for sales growth
  • Create Project funnel & pursue the projects at each stage to finally

  • Size the high temperature heating market & develop product strategy
  • Build Customer and Competition product matrix
  • Identify & work on new opportunities for business growth
  • Liaising with plumbing associations & MEP/Plumbing consultants for project spec in
  • Working with end users - chief engineers of hotels, project engineers operating in the hospital, QSR segment, green building projects
  • Introduce & qualify new/existing products at target customers & end users
  • Working with CPWD & MES officials to get Copeland Heat Pumps listed for government swimming pool tenders
  • Work towards developing business with Sanitary fitting manufacturers, targeted players in the Solar water heating & electric geyser space
  • Work with local heat pump assemblers / SSI OEM's for developing heating ZW & SH compressor business
  • Supporting AE, Marketing, Engineering & Operations
  • Closely work with AE, Product Engg & Quality teams to address field failures & build customer communication
  • Provide design & market i/p to Engg & marketing team for NPD, drive the execution of NPD projects to release new products in the market on time
  • Generate value story / white paper along with Marketing team for Heat Pump products. Support marketing for developing product & application related literature
  • Work in Collaboration with Engineering & operations for release / activation of Heat Pump SKU's & completion of pilot programs at Atit
  • Education and Professional Qualifications:

  • Requirements and Attributes:
  • Should have fair knowledge of HVAC & R and Heating Industry & its dynamics. 12 - 16 Years of Experience
  • Should be highly Result Oriented
  • High on Customer-`orientation, Interpersonal relationship
  • Superior Communication skills
  • Assertive, Outspoken, Clarity of thoughts & good analytical skills
  • Ready to travel extensively
  • Ability to resolve conflicts & comfortable with ambiguous situation
  • Should be expert in MS Office applications, Sales Force (CRM Tool)
