Responsibilities

  • Develop, influence, and track ideas through opportunity ideation, business case development, implementation plans, into final sustainment.

Requirements

  • University degree, or related engineering, construction or operational training and/or experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry, including projects or project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset.
  • Have working knowledge in Engineering, Construction, Field operations and commercial.
  • Conveying a strong sense of urgency and driving issues to closure Problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning and leadership skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize several workload deliverables concurrently and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Highly skilled in Powerpoint and Visio.
  • Experience in developing lean project scope, and process optimization (within projects).
  • Experience in leading large-scale workshops.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with occasional ( Project work can involve tight timelines and high visibility, requiring quick deliverables to senior leadership, including the Executive Leadership Team.
