Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Develop, implement, and sustain process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Read and interpret Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for safe material handling
- Participate in audits, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in an engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Experience with process mapping, statistical analysis, and problem-solving tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation for audits
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
