About the role

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and quality management system. Plan, supervise, and oversee all QA/QC activities for interior fit-out and renovation projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify quality issues, non-conformances, and defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Lead defect inspections, prepare punch lists, and monitor rectification works until successful project handover. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Interior Designers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure materials and workmanship meet approved specifications and project quality requirements. Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, NCRs, and project handover documentation. Conduct quality training and promote quality awareness among project teams. Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations, industry standards, and company quality policies. Prepare quality reports and provide regular updates to management on project quality performance.
