  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with Data Center Operations leaders at multiple levels to develop proactive strategies and goals focused on the Builder experience. Connect sentiment trends and HR data to operational goals while diving deep into details.
  • Leadership Development: Consult, coach, and develop site leadership through decision-making with empathy and sound judgment. Foster and role model an environment of inclusion for all Builders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies across your cluster of Data Centers. Manage through ambiguity in a fast-paced, continuously innovating environment.
  • A day in the life
  • 2+ years of human resources or a mix of equivalent experience
  • Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates
  • Experience managing and leading employees

This is a 100% on-site role where you'll be embedded in the Data Centers you support, serving as the voice of Builders and the strategic HR partner to site leadership. You'll work across a cluster of Data Centers, traveling weekly to ensure every Builder feels valued, engaged, and supported.
