Role Overview We are looking for passionate and capable Interior Designersto join our growing team. You will work closely with homeowners from conceptdevelopment to project completion, creating thoughtful and well-executedresidential spaces. What Makes Regimen Different Unlike many traditional ID firms in Singapore: We provide a stable monthly basic salary. Designers are given company-generated leads to follow up. Additional commission incentives are rewarded for successful sales closures. Designers have access to premium imported materials and strong backend support. We encourage designers to spend time improving their craft, researching, and developing better designs instead of constantly worrying about monthly survival sales. We want designers who genuinely care about their projectsand want to build a strong long-term career in design.
Responsibilities
- Meet and understand homeowners' requirements and lifestyle needs
- Prepare design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and material selections
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams
- Prepare quotations and presentations
- Manage projects from design stage to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered smoothly and professionally
- Build good long-term relationships with homeowners
Requirements
- Experience in residential interior design preferred
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients
- Good design sense and space planning skills
- Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant design software
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Passionate about design and creating quality homes
