Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Mentor product managers and marketing team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare marketing experience.
  • 3-5 years of product management or upstream marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product development and commercialization efforts.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and customer research capabilities.

Requirements

  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset.
  • Experience launching medical device products.
  • Experience working with physicians and key opinion leaders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and reimbursement environments.
  • Global marketing exposure.

This role is responsible for identifying customer needs, translating insights into product requirements, guiding innovation projects, and developing commercialization strategies that drive business growth. Working closely with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams, the Director of Marketing serves as the voice of the customer throughout the product development process and ensures successful progression of new products from concept through launch.
