Data Analytics Professional

Responsibilities

• Help the Multifamily Division better manage their business through various reporting solutions. Find ways to grow the responsibilities and opportunities for our team to continue to support Multifamily in new and evolving ways.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred.
• Proficiency with relational databases and reporting tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, SAS, Python, and Rapid SQL.
• Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of UNIX, VBA, and SharePoint.
• Nice to have experience designing or contributing to semantic layers and exposure to AI chatbot technologies.

• Interacting and working effectively with internal customers as well as with all levels of management within and across departments
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reporting tasks simultaneously

This role will support the Multifamily line of business in building reporting solutions that are used to help manage the business. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and follow-up skills.
