Therapist Schedule Management : Coordinate the availability and day-to-day schedules of therapists, including processing vacation and time-off requests. Account Management : Create and manage user accounts for therapists and clients on web portals and applications, ensuring seamless access to required resources. Training and Development : Develop and maintain a training calendar for the team. Prepare and distribute training materials and communicate training schedules regularly to ensure continuous development. Education : Any Bachelor's Degree. US Healthcare Process experience is MUST. Some one with clinical qualification (Nurse, Physical Therapist, Allied Health Professionals or similar background) and experience is preferred. Communication Skills : Excellent written and spoken English skills. Work Schedule : Comfortable with working in the IST shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST from our Porur, Chennai office
