Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, user stories, and enhancement requests to identify test scope and coverage;
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for web and mobile applications;
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across mobile and digital platforms;
• Validate API integrations, data flows, and system interactions between applications and backend services;
• Conduct testing across multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers to ensure consistent user experience;
• Log, track, and retest defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders to drive timely resolution;
• Support cloud-based application testing and assist in issue investigation and root cause analysis;
• Document test results, testing evidence, and defect reports;
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.

Job Summary We are seeking Software Quality Analysts / Manual Tester to support the testing and quality assurance of web and mobile applications within a critical banking payment infrastructure environment. The role will focus on ensuring the reliability, usability, and performance of customer-facing digital platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Mandatory Skill-set Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; Must have at least 2-5 of software testing experience, preferably within banking or financial services; Minimum 2 years of software testing experience, preferably in web and mobile applications; Experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing; Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android); Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger; Basic understanding of cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure preferred); Experience with JIRA or similar defect management tools; Strong analytical and communication skills. Desired Skill-set Experience in banking, payments, fintech, or digital platforms; Basic SQL knowledge for data validation; Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
