ROLE DESCRIPTION The role will be responsible for overseeing the work of Creative Associates and drive the development of content/influencer marketing strategy and concepts as a form of service or product for clients, as well as a tool to support the growth of digital business for WPP Media clients. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Leading brainstorming sessions Ensuring creative integrity and quality for all work delivered Providing positive and constructive feedback to team members Coordinating with Content Planners to ensure proposals are aligned with Client briefs For Copy-based Creative Planners Interpret creative briefs to ideate and develop concepts for KOL activations and other IMC components such as video concepts, OOH, digital placements, and many, many more Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials Ensuring a high standard of verbal craftsmanship across all media and campaigns Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff, from concept development to delivery of final product Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team - and to client representative when requested - and participate occasionally in client pitches Revise copy based on internal and client feedback For Art-based Creative Planners Interpret creative briefs to ideate and develop concepts for KOL activations and other IMC components such as video concepts, OOH, digital placements, and many, many more Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects, in tandem with copywriters Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns Inspiring and motivating the agency's clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches Revise artwork based on internal and client feedback
