A minimum of 12 semester hours of upper-level coursework for physical education, kinesiology, adaptive physical education or exercise science is required. 0355 Physical Education (Secondary) A minimum of 24 semester hours in physical education, kinesiology, or exercise science. A course in methods of teaching physical education at the K-12 level is required. A minimum of 12 semester hours of upper-level coursework for physical education, kinesiology, adaptive physical education or exercise science is required.
