Executive Leadership Program - Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CEOs and functional leaders across portfolio companies to implement the Banyan Operating System, driving operational improvements and growth.
• Lead high-impact projects across product, sales, marketing and more, as the right-hand to an Operating Partner.
• Assist in integration planning and onboarding for newly acquired businesses.
• Support the Operating Partner with critical initiatives, cross-company collaboration, and key decision-making efforts.
• Gain hands-on experience to prepare for future leadership roles, including potential CEO or C-suite positions.
• Qualifications for success:
• This program is designed for graduating (or recently graduated) students from top MBA programs. 1st year MBA students should not apply.
• 2-5 years of prior experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or an operational leadership role. A variety of prior relevant career experiences will be considered.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Proven track record of leading projects, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning and growth, with a long-term goal of stepping into an executive leadership position.
• The expected base salary for this position is: USD $160,000 - $200,000, excluding annual bonus and equity (when applicable). Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.

The Executive Leadership Program is designed as a 2-year program, after which high performers will have the opportunity to lead an operating company as a C-Suite member or CEO. As an ELP, you will be a part of a cohort of peers at Banyan, growing and learning together.
