Responsibilities

  • Your mission
  • Own and build the Emidat revenue engine in the DACH Market; accelerating our growth by building deep relationships with our prospects and consulting them from demo to closing.
  • The ideal candidate will have had some experience in a similar DACH start startup, driving Sales in an Account Exec style role. Alternatively, those with a proven track record and looking to make the move from Business Development to real ownership of the market and clients.
  • We are looking for 'Trusted Advisors' - think of yourself as a "consultant paid by Emidat". You will develop deep expertise in lifecycle assessments (LCAs) and the building materials industry, which your prospects can rely on.
  • In the first 6 months, you will
  • Work closely with Isabel & Daniel, working on the DACH market. Partnering closely with German and English speaking prospects by owning their transformation.
  • Run 120+ product demos with DACH based prospects and win 30+ new customers and building a repeatable revenue engine.
  • Attend relevant trade fairs across Europe, representing Emidat Platform as the leading solution for verified LCAs and EPDs and building trusted relationships to industry players.
  • Work from our vibrant Munich hub with a hybrid model, putting you at the center of the DACH market for customer visits and team collaboration.
  • Partner closely with our Customer Success team on won opportunities, ensuring smooth customer handover and satisfaction.
  • What you should bring to this role
  • Minimum Requirements
  • Languages: Business Fluent in German (C2/Native) and proficient in English (C1/C2).
  • Sales Track Record: 3+ years of experience in a Sales, Account or Business development position, with a proven history of exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Sales Journey: Demonstrable experience running SaaS product demonstrations for clients in DACH. Able to work effectively with clients through the journey from first demo to onboarding.
  • Professional Rigour: Confident and detail-oriented professional with experience in accuracy in contract writing, proposals and customer communications.
  • Customer Relationships: Experienced handling multiple opportunities and clients simultaneously and effectively.

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience thriving in a high-velocity, early-stage environment (Seed-Series C) in an Account Exec or Sales Rep role.
  • Languages: Fluency in any other major language
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic experience.
  • Industry Experience : Work experience within the construction, LCA or EPD environment.
