Within this context, the SEAA Fragrance & Beauty (FBP) division seeks a Senior eBusiness professional for a 12-month maternity cover. This role is performance focused, with a key eye for elevating brand positioning & driving commercial achievement. You will champion CHANEL's eBusiness vision in the region while actively monitoring and reporting on business performance, strategizing AB Testing and merchandising campaigns, and playing a pivotal part in enhancing the client experience. You will help to lead core eBusiness projects including the launch of new online channels, (eShops, eRetail & eTravel Retail), partnering with markets to provide insight and leadership based on your significant eBusiness experience. Impact You can create in this role: Digital Campaign & eMerchandising Drive and enhance digital campaign planning, ensuring global calendars are adapted for local relevance, in line with regional priorities. Based on your experience, enrich business performance with best-in-class eMerchandising practices, including product recommendations, on-site search, menu/category optimization, and proposals to grow the online business. Take an experienced eye to online client journeys from traffic to conversion, and constantly enrich the customer experience based on insights and intuition. Performance & Analytics Independently utilize data and analytics to generate actionable business insights and drive continuous optimization. Define and align key KPIs across client, brand, sales, and profitability dimensions with all stakeholders. Identify gaps in data, recommend solutions and tools, and drive adoption of improved reporting frameworks. AB Testing & Personalization Lead the regional AB testing program based on market needs and ensure rigorous documentation and reporting. Collaborate with global and regional teams to embed testing and personalization into the client journey, leveraging cross-functional expertise (Tech, CRM, Marketing, Design). Project Management & Collaboration Lead projects related to campaigns and new initiatives (e.g., gift finder, try-before-you-commit). Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all requests are recognized, prioritized, and delivered for optimal business impact. Proactively propose and drive new ideas to enhance the client experience and brand equity. eBusiness Excellence Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, considering evolving online behaviors and market trends. Act as a key advocate for eBusiness, partnering with stakeholders to support the strategy of doubling .com revenue by 2028.
