Retail Sales Assistant

Requirements

• Friendly and approachable with strong customer service mindset
• Willingness to learn product knowledge (model trains, buses, collectibles)
• Comfortable with hands-on demonstration and basic troubleshooting
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.

Additional Information

Retail Sales Operations Engage walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable product. Demonstrate product features, basic setup, and functionality to enhance customer confidence in purchase Support store operations including handling of ePOS, merchandizing and maintenance of display Monitor inventory levels and highlight fast-moving or low-stock items Assist with receiving stock, unpacking, and ensuring proper storage Handle customer queries, exchanges, and after-sales support in line with company guidelines Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are always well-presented Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time
