Responsibilities

• As an Electrical Design Engineer - Industrial in Gladstone , you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
• Electrical design and power system modelling
• Detailed design of project packages
• Develop an understanding of electrical engineering disciplines; HV/LV systems, instrumentation, controls, communications, hazardous areas, and functional safety
• Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects
• Monitor progress, expenditure, and performance
• Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice standards

Requirements

• Relevant engineering qualifications in Electrical Engineering
• Demonstrated experience in electrical design, ideally within industrial or infrastructure projects
• Exposure to power systems, HV/LV design, and/or control systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
