Purchase Category Manager 采购品类经理 Main Responsibilities: Import purchase and relevant logistic arrangement. Assigned categories purchase. Cooperate with Sales Team for Project sourcing and procurement. Work with R&D & QA to ensure the purchase conformance and quality. Evaluate the supplier performance and manage the relationship with supplier to ensure a timely supply with an accepted quality at the right time & quantity and at the lowest possible cost. Work closely with other counterparts outside the Purchasing team and lead a team of two achieve yearly goals. Responsible for cost control, payment terms improvement and cost saving project year by year. Keep all effort to improve team performance and working efficiency and also work procedure. Maintain all data in SAP from Prices to Order until material is delivered. Purchase backup of brother company when necessary. Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent, Master Degree/MBA is a plus. Major in chemistry is a plus. 5 years or above working experience in purchasing & import/export shipment handling is required. Purchasing field in foreign invested environment, preferable with Chemistry background. Familiar with the use of e-mail, the Internet, MS Word, Excel and PPT. SAP or ERP experience is a must. English skill in reading, writing and speaking is requested. Positive attitude towards pressure; Good at working with people, Cooperativeness and integrity, High accuracy output, Result-oriented.
