Role Overview As a Sr. Business Analyst within the Enterprise IT Legal, Compliance & Security Value Team, you will support the Compliance Product Line, delivering technology solutions for the Ethics & Compliance Office (ECO). You will play a critical dual role within the Restricted Party Screening (RPS) program: (1) driving ongoing, complex integrations across multiple enterprise systems, and (2) providing expert support for existing capabilities and new enhancements for RPS Dashboards and RPS Portal. Over time, this role may expand to support additional programs and products across the broader Compliance Product Line. You will be responsible for timely and comprehensive evaluation and analysis of requirements to support the implementation of new change requests from business stakeholders. This position demands advanced analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in a highly fragmented and compliance-driven environment. You will work closely with product managers, delivery leads, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between compliance requirements, system integrations, and end-user needs. You should be ready to work independently, take ownership of complex workstreams, and contribute proactively to team success. What will you do in this role Lead and coordinate ongoing RPS integrations, managing dependencies across diverse enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Wall Street Suite, Veeva CRM, and others), and ensuring alignment with compliance and business requirements. Conduct in-depth discovery, requirements gathering, and gap analysis for new integrations, including system interviews and research under significant time and capacity constraints. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to integration delays, system updates, resource shortages, and external technology supplier dependencies. This includes monitoring and addressing data quality and data integrity issues from external data providers, ensuring ongoing compliance across all RPS solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for RPS Dashboards and Portal support, implementing new change requests from business stakeholders. Design and deliver enhancements to Dashboards and Portal, ensuring data quality, compliance, and usability for all stakeholders. Prepare, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation (including software development lifecycle, or SDLC, artifacts), user stories, and acceptance criteria in alignment with organizational standards. Manage stakeholder communications, set expectations, and drive consensus on priorities and timelines, especially when facing conflicting requirements or pushback. Support the testing process by creating and, when necessary, executing test cases, and helping to prepare test data to accelerate and maintain integration timelines. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the delivery manager by collaborating with team members in regular meetings, resolving blockers and dependencies, and managing team coordination activities (e.g., vacation calendars). Champion innovation by identifying and driving creative problem-solving approaches, including AI proof-of-concepts and tools that improve integration processes, test data generation, and overall team productivity. Support teams seeking to integrate with the RPS platform, assisting with routine requests such as API access and test data n
