About the role
Receive and review samples to determine what type of testing is required for processing/quoting based on Regulatory/Industry requirements and client specifications. Work with multiple labs to coordinate testing and compile into 1 set of multifunctional reports. Organize incoming projects by the date due and severity based on duration Experience in an administrative capacity. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, speak, read and write. Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook specifically. Experience with Sharepoint and LIMS-type database. College graduate; preferably in a Scientific Field. Strong organizational aptitude. Ability to type at a very fast pace with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word. Must be able to type 15-25 reports per day. Good time management, follow up and sense of urgency Highly motivated, dependable, and detail oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required: Bachelor's degree in science Degree Client facing experience preferred Familiarity with consumer product standards and methodologies related to CPSIA, ASTM, BIFMA, ASME, PROP 65 and ISTA, TPCH and corresponding European Regulations is a plus KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Language Skills: English required Mathematical Skills Intermediate preferred Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Advanced preferred Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite List other knowledge/skills or abilities required/preferred for performing the job.
