About the role

For our French agency, based in Paris, we are looking for a Graphic Design Assistant (M/F) for an internship (not a work-study programme) for the next 6 months, to join our dedicated, demanding and supportive team. Reporting to the Creative Director, your responsibilities will include: Conducting visual research (campaign examples, visual styles, mood boards). Designing visual styles and brand identities for events, campaigns or brand activations, and adapting them for various media (print, events, digital, social media). Preparing production files for various service providers or printers. Helping to select the service providers who will bring your concepts to life: production, direction, photography, illustration, graphic design, set design, rough sketches, etc., and drafting clear briefs to guide them. Contribute to the agency's profile through its communications (project videos, social media, seasonal greetings, etc.). Regularly propose creative ideas independently to attract new clients or retain existing ones. Keep abreast of graphic design and creative trends to inspire the team's projects. Essential skills: You are studying graphic design or visual communication. You are currently in at least your fourth year of study. Good command of English: you are comfortable in informal conversation. Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. AI: ChatGPT, Gemini (or equivalent tools). Desired skills: Adobe: After Effects, Premiere. AI: basic knowledge of video editing and sound. Personal qualities: You are versatile and comfortable working across a variety of formats: print, digital, social media, events, visual identity and motion design. Diversity inspires and motivates you. You have a genuine graphic and artistic sensibility and have mastered the essential basics: typography, composition, colour and the production pipeline. Always curious, you keep an eye on trends and changing practices, and you cultivate a rich and open visual and general culture. You are recognised for your rigour and high standards in execution. Your availability, good humour and kindness make you a valued colleague. You are a team player, enjoy collaborative work whilst being independent and proactive. You welcome feedback with an open mind to improve and drive your projects forward. Finally, you are pragmatic and well-organised, which enables you to see things through to the end. Whether you've gained your knowledge through your education, professional experience, volunteering, community work or simply through your personal experiences, all backgrounds are welcome! If you recognise yourself in some or all of these qualities, we look forward to meeting you! Internship allowance in line with current legal minimums (calculate here: https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R40280 ) Remote working possible 2 days a week after the induction period. €10 meal vouchers per day via a card and a dedicated app. Subscription to a platform offering great deals for everyday life: leisure, sport, culture, holidays, etc. Sustainable transport allowance for journeys by bike or via shared mobility services. Pleasant offices with a gym, a nap room and regular talks by inspiring speakers. A caring and committed team.
