The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Prenuvo clinics, ensuring smooth, efficient, and exceptional service delivery that aligns with our commitment to a luxury patient experience - reporting to the Vice President, Operations to lead every member of in-clinic staff. This role requires a strong operational leader who can enhance patient satisfaction, optimize clinic workflows, and elevate our service standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience in healthcare operations, a passion for providing a high-touch experience, and the ability to lead a team in delivering unparalleled patient care. You must be within a 45 minute commuting distance to either our Silicon Valley or Seattle Prenuvo clinic. This is an on-site 5 days/week role with weekend and evening availability as required to support operations. Eligibility for 1-2 days/week remote working will be considered after a 6 months review period. Regular travel to non-local clinics is required based on business need and dictated by the Regional Operations Executive and Vice President, Operations. This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
  • Lead and empower a cross-functional team of MRI technologists and staff involved in patient care at the front of the clinic, to deliver exceptional care one patient at a time
  • Ensure consistent adherence to corporate policies, safety protocols, and best practices
  • Review, manage, and maximize team performance, ensuring that performance reviews occur in alignment with Prenuvo's performance reviews cycle. Review and approve the disciplinary action and/or discharge of employees
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate clinic goals and priorities
  • Onboard and train technical and patient care staff through theoretical and experiential methods; monitor the application of learning and provide continuous feedback to ensure the ongoing enhancement of patient care and experience
  • Identify and implement improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency; analyze data to enhance clinic performance
  • Implement continuous quality improvement processes to maintain and exceed clinical and patient care standards
  • Conduct regular audits of processes and services to ensure they meet Prenuvo's luxury standards and operational excellence
  • Oversee clinic budgets, expense tracking, and resource allocation to support a luxury experience while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient satisfaction scores, service delivery times, patient safety, operational costs
  • Act as a liaison between clinic staff and the broader Prenuvo organization, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships
  • Respond promptly and effectively to patient feedback or concerns
  • Prepare and present quarterly or bi-annual business and patient care assessment reports to Regional Operations Executives, offering solutions to enhance clinic operations and the patient experience

  • Proactively address potential issues, understanding that small missteps can have large impacts
  • Create reliable systems that support staff in decision-making, learning, and adaptability

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in healthcare, with 5+ years in a management role, overseeing both strategic and daily clinic operations
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's in Health Care related field
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare systems, trends, and regulatory compliance relevant to clinic operations
  • Leadership: Proven people-management skills, capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates managerial courage, an owner mindset, inspirational leadership, and an inherent aptitude for accountability balanced with empathy
