The BCF Manager, Workiva Admin for BMS will be a highly collaborative member of the Global Business Operations team in the Controllership organization. This exceptional team member will support BMS's business controls activities in BMS's Hyderabad team, and demonstrate the following attributes: Exceptional expertise in financial and operational controls Deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics Outstanding ability to forge strong partnerships across the organization to provide insights and guidance to cross-functional teams Open communication and cooperation to ensure BCF activities are executed seamlessly Strong project management and organization skills, including having the ability to influence others, to ensure program milestones are met Successful candidates demonstrates the ability to inspire and motivate team members to deliver exceptional results. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience is required. The position will be based in the BMS's Hyderabad Location (expected 50% in-person). Key Responsibilities and Major Duties: Workiva administration Manages administration of Workiva compliance platform, including system configuration optimization, and maintenance of templates, reports, and workflows Manages user access provisioning lifecycle, including granting, modifying, and revoking system access, and supporting periodic user access reviews (UARs) to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies Oversees administrative aspects of the SOX testing lifecycle, including testing setup, schedule management, status and quality tracking. Prepares reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis Ensures compliance by BCF team members with established closing calendar Implements and manages security measures within Workiva to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with BMS policies and regulations Provides technical guidance for end users, addressing any issues or questions Create and maintain documentation on Workiva configurations, best practices, and procedures Actively influences the identification of continuous improvement opportunities, investigating and resolving technical issues related to Workiva Open-mindedness and professional curiosity to explore and adopt AI and automation capabilities within Workiva and other BCF activities to enhance efficiency, data quality, and scalability of SOX compliance processes Relationship management and teaming Holds self and others to timelines, quality, and accuracy Risk management Articulates material risks and opportunities and takes an active role in designing and executing response or contingency plans Experience/Qualification: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree or CA / CPA preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience Experience managing compliance platforms, preferably Workiva Compliance and controls experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred Public accounting experience preferred Competencies - knowledge, skills, abilities: Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python) Mastery of the Workiva platform, including Wdesk, and in-depth knowledge of its features and capabilities.
