We partner with leading employers to deliver high-quality, onsite child care that supports working families.and creating opportunities for educators to do what they love (and feel valued while they're doing it). Join the founding team to support a new employer-sponsored 24-hour onsite child care client center and help build the high-quality program children deserve while pursuing your own professional growth and development. As a School Experience Coordinator, you will: Deliver an exceptional experience for prospective families through tours, communication, and program knowledge Manage the enrollment process from inquiry through first day, including family onboarding and records management Support school operations, including health and safety procedures and licensing compliance practices Create a warm, welcoming, and organized front-of-house experience for families and staff Identify opportunities to enhance the family experience through thoughtful touches and engagement Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation aligns with state licensing requirements Partner with school leadership to continuously improve systems and processes Serve as a positive, professional presence and culture carrier within the school Apply Today If You: Enjoy working with children and families in a fast-paced environment Have 3-5+ years of experience in education, administration, or customer-facing roles Have coursework or experience in early childhood education (preferred but flexible based on state requirements) Must meet all background check and eligibility requirements for child care staff in accordance with Alabama DHR regulations. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively Are highly organized and detail-oriented Are comfortable using technology for communication and operations
