Your Role Own and manage EMEA account portfolio in alignment with strategies defined by Lead Management. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing expert support on the Connection Systems portfolio and enabling long‑term business growth. Develop, execute, and maintain a sales and account strategy to grow revenue and increase market share for assigned customer. Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Connection Systems teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives. Support the Connection Systems Product Business Unit and Divisional Business Plan by contributing to Revenue, Act as the Voice of the Customer within Aptiv Connection Systems, ensuring customer requirements, expectations, and issues are clearly communicated and addressed. Drive all commercial activities, including sales forecasting, pricing, change requests, SOP support, customer approvals, negotiations Prepare commercial proposals, perform cost analysis, secure internal approvals, and lead customer negotiations in line with strategic objectives. Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date data in Salesforce and divisional systems, including opportunity tracking, displacement monitoring, and account development insights. Your background Bachelor's degree with a background in Sales, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in automotive industry, preferable in connection system product portfolio Ability to interface and collaborate effectively with global sales and cross‑functional teams with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with Purchasing, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. Self‑driven mindset with proven ownership, leadership, and accountability for assigned accounts. Solid business acumen, including strong negotiation skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Ability to solve complex problems and understand commercial terms, pricing structures, and contracts.
