p> strong>Position: Blockchain Engineer || OPT and H1B Allowed /strong> /p> p> strong>Location: Southlake, TX / Austin, TX (Onsite) /strong> /p> p> strong>Duration: 12+ Months /strong> /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Responsibilities: /strong> /p> p> strong>Layer 1 Blockchain Integration & Platforms /strong> /p> p>- Integrate systems with Layer 1 blockchains, including Ethereum-based and other enterprise-relevant networks. /p> p>- Evaluate and enhance Layer 1 capabilities to support custody, scalability, and resiliency needs. /p> p>- Understand key chain mechanics, including transaction lifecycle, finality, forks, reorgs, and event propagation. /p> p>- Ensure blockchain integrations remain reliable under production load and stress conditions. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Blockchain Infrastructure Components /strong> /p> p>- Design and build core blockchain infrastructure, including indexers, event processors, block explorers, observability tools, chain data services, APIs, and cross-chain components. /p> p>- Ensure blockchain data pipelines are accurate, performant, and auditable. /p> p>- Support tooling for monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Wallet Architecture & Development /strong> /p> p>- Contribute to wallet architecture and development, including wallet services, transaction creation, signing workflows, and submission pipelines. /p> p>- Integrate wallets with custody key management systems such as MPC, HSMs, and signing services. /p> p>- Ensure clear separation of protocol logic, security controls, and business rules in wallet implementations. /p> p>- Partner with custody and security teams to validate end-to-end transaction flows. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Custody Related Blockchain Workflows /strong> /p> p>- Support custody-related blockchain workflows, including on-chain transaction execution, event monitoring, reconciliation, and failure recovery. /p> p>- Define safe interaction patterns for smart contracts and token standards within custody platforms. /p> p>- Ensure blockchain workflows align with custody policies, approvals, and risk controls. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Engineering Rigor & AI Augmented Development /strong> /p> p>- Apply modern engineering practices to build reliable, testable, and observable blockchain services. /p> p>- Use GenAI and agentic AI tools to accelerate protocol analysis, development, testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing. /p> p>- Maintain engineering rigor by balancing speed, correctness, and safety. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Qualifications: /strong> /p> p> strong>Core Qualifications /strong> /p> p>- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering. /p> p>- Demonstrated experience in the development or integration of blockchain and distributed ledger technology solutions. /p> p>- Strong knowledge of Layer 1 blockchain architectures, including transaction flow and lifecycle concepts. /p> p>- Proven experience in building backend systems, APIs, and foundational infrastructure services. /p> p>- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, Rust, Python, or comparable technologies. /p> p>- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment spanning custody, security, and platform engineering teams. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Preferred Qualifications /strong> /p> p>- Experience with blockchain data infrastructure, including indexers, block explorers, and on-chain analytics platforms. /p> p>- Solid understanding of wallet architectures and blockchain transaction signing workflows. /p> p>- Exposure to crypto custody environments or other highly secure, regulated financial platforms. /p> p>- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities within distributed, event-driven, and asynchronous systems. /p> p>- Experience applying AI-enabled development tools to support complex engineering and delivery workflows. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Thank You /strong> /p> p> strong>Aakash Dubey /strong> /p> p> strong>Talent Acquisition Lead /strong> /p> p> strong>Aakash.dubey@ampstek.com /strong> /p> p> br> /p>
