As our new Director, Enterprise Applications, you will:Drive roadmap planning and operational governance. You will establish stronger structure, prioritization, and delivery governance across the enterprise applications landscape, balancing strategic transformation initiatives with day-to-day operational demands and platform stability.Lead and evolve a multidisciplinary team. Compensation Range:
£75,000 to £100,000

Who we need
We are hiring a Director, Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, operational maturity, and evolution of Altus Group's enterprise applications landscape. Reporting to the VP, IT Service & Operations, you will oversee critical business platforms including Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications that underpin commercial operations, customer lifecycle management, Finance, HR, and service delivery across the business. You will bring the leadership presence and strategic mindset to partner with senior stakeholders, establish structure and prioritization across competing business demands, and help modernize how enterprise applications are managed and leveraged across Altus Group.
This is a UK-based role with flexibility to work remotely, alongside occasional travel for in-person collaboration, including time at our Manchester office as required.
