Key Exciting Responsibilities: Deliver high-impact technical support to worldwide business partners and resellers across a diverse product portfolio. Analyze complex data and evaluate system performance to resolve issues of diverse scope. Perform rigorous system acceptance testing to ensure the highest standards of product quality. Spearhead training events and develop multi-media technical communications to empower users globally. Act as the voice of the customer to influence ongoing product development and ensure solutions meet real-world needs. Essential Skills & Experience: Comprehensive understanding of machine control systems, site positioning solutions, and construction software. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maximize customer satisfaction. Proficiency in interpreting complex hydraulic schematics, manuals, and technical diagrams. Strong electrical foundation and the ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences. Ability to manage a high volume of support tasks independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Bonus Points For: Field experience in Geomatics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Practical proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or Stick. Previous experience as an Equipment Operator, Survey Engineer, or Data Prep Specialist.
