Responsibilities
- Maintain and update workers' personal and employment records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and prepare related documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Monitor expiry dates of permits, passports, medical clearances, safety courses, and certificates to ensure timely renewals
- Verify workers' attendance, overtime, leave, and timesheets to support accurate payroll processing

- Coordinate workers' medical appointments, onboarding processes, transfers, and repatriation to facilitate smooth workforce transitions
- Respond to workers' enquiries, complaints, and welfare matters to maintain positive employee relations
- Prepare employment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents to support personnel management
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure timely hiring and integration of workers
- Liaise with site supervisors, agencies, dormitories, clinics, and government authorities to coordinate HR and operational matters
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned to support overall HR functions
Requirements
- Peferably with 1 year relevant working experience
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday : From 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Saturday: From 8.30am to 12.30pm (working from Home)
