Responsibilities
- Event Management (Core Focus)
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, lunch-and-learns, and hosted executive dinners
- Manage event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, booth design, staffing, catering, and post-event follow-up
- Build and maintain a calendar of New York-area events that keeps our brand consistently present in the market
- Track event ROI and report on pipeline influenced, leads generated, and revenue attributed to field programs
- Demand Generation & Lead Generation
- Partner closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and tailor event and outreach strategies to move them through the funnel
- Develop and execute territory-based campaigns that complement field events and drive qualified pipeline
Requirements
- 2+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Based in New York City or the immediate metro area
- Proven track record owning events from concept through execution, including large conferences and high-touch experiential dinners
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust with sales teams and operate as a true business partner
- Experience working with HubSpot
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
