Evo Solution Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using C#/.NET and web services
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions, balancing technical quality with delivery needs
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and write clean, well-structured code
• Design and implement AI features, automation solutions, and production-ready AI/ML integrations
• Build and optimise SQL Server databases, ETL pipelines, and data integration processes
• Integrate and modernise legacy Progress 4GL systems with .NET applications
• Develop APIs, drive technical decisions, and provide leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related (Master's/certs a plus)
• 6-8+ years in enterprise software development with proven delivery
• Experience with AI-integrated apps, LLMs, or ML-driven automation
• Strong full-stack capability (database, APIs, front-end) and technical leadership experience
• Expert in C#/.NET, solid SQL Server skills; familiarity with Progress 4GL, AI tools, and DevOps (Git, CI/CD, Agile)
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and business-focused mindset
