WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US As a Principal Business Trainer - Investment , you will play a pivotal role in enabling SimCorp c lients, p artners and internal teams to succeed. You will apply your investment expertise and learning design capabilities to build and deliver impactful training that enables users to work confidently with SimCorp Dimension across front ‑ and middle ‑ office processes. You wil l be part of a global Education Services organization that ensures our users understand and apply complex financial workflows confidently. Your work will empower stakeholders to use SimCorp technology to its full potential, reduce operational risk, and drive better business outcomes. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Deliver both in-person and virtual instructor-led training , using engaging and interactive training methods in the Investment (Front/Middle-Office) area of expertise (please see the breakdown in the paragraph below). Create and maintain comprehensive training materials , including presentations, exercises, case studies, simulations, and eLearning content focused on investment workflow s and front/middle-office processes using SimCorp Dimension. Represent Education Services in product initiatives and customer-facing projects to align training with business needs. Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between training content and evolving software functionality . Support ongoing improvement efforts by conducting analyses, keeping comprehensive training documentation, tracking performance through reporting, and actively engaging in team learning. WHAT WE VALUE Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English , with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently. Investment domain e xpertise in one or more of the following areas ( SimCorp Dimension experience is highly valued ): Portfolio Management ⁠Financial Instruments Risk Management Performance Management Investment Compliance Trading ESG Training experience or demonstrated training potential : I deally 5 + years of training , facilitation , or knowledge sharing experience in financial services or investment management sector. Candidates with strong SimCorp Dimension exper tise may demonstrate training potential instead of formal training experience. Relevant academic or professional credentials, such as a Master's/PhD in Finance, Business, or Education; CFA or FRM is a plus, not a requirement. Comfort with modern learning tools , including LMS platforms, virtual training technologies, and digital content creation. Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20-60%) to deliver training across global client sites and SimCorp offic es.
