Teaching Lab welcomes experienced instructional facilitators and coaches to submit their resumes for future contracting opportunities. The Facilitator/Coach is an individual-contributor contractor role focused on delivering high-quality professional learning and instructional coaching to educators and school leaders. Because this is a contracting pool and volume is often high, we are not able to respond to every submission, but we carefully review all resumes we receive. Facilitator/Coaches play a critical role in supporting educators through virtual and in-person professional learning, 1:1 and group coaching, and the implementation of high-quality instructional materials and research-based practices. Responsibilities may include designing and facilitating professional development, engaging in coaching feedback cycles, building collaborative relationships with educators and leaders, and supporting data collection and reflection activities that strengthen instructional practice and improve student outcomes. Non-compliance will result in termination of employment.
