Flexi Part-Time Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere: Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and ensure they feel right at home from the moment they walk in.
• Provide exceptional service: Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and ensure every diner has a pleasant and memorable experience.
• Be a team player: Work alongside a supportive crew to keep our restaurant running smoothly, from daily opening and closing tasks to maintaining cleanliness.
• Help guests discover new favorites: Share your knowledge of our menu and promote exciting new dishes and specials.
• Keep things running smoothly: You'll help with daily tasks like preparing the restaurant for guests, ensuring everything is clean and tidy, and assisting with dishwashing when needed.
• Who We're Looking For
• Someone with a positive attitude and a friendly, cheerful demeanor.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment .
• Someone who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week (e.g., 4 days at 5 hours per day) for at least 6 months.
• You should have a minimum GCE "N" or "O" Level, or a related customer service certificate.
• No experience is needed! We welcome fresh faces and will provide all the training you need. If you have experience in F&B or customer service, that's a plus!
