Position Summary The Administrative Assistant serves as the focal point for all administrative, event and clerical functions associated with the Site Operations for SG's contract within the site. Job Functions: Provides day-to-day support to the Director, General Manager and the office staff. Provides weekly and monthly commission reporting invoices to the lottery as directed. First point of contact for employee questions. Ability to review, code, and maintain and process all invoices for payment. Ability to complete all purchase orders for the site. Coordinate all meetings as directed. Processes vendors through SGI Compliance process Tracks and processes invoices and POs Make travel arrangements and manage expenses reports as requested. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements/Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills One or more years' customer service experience One or more years' administrative experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Experience with Oracle applications a plus! Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships. Ability to communicate with Lottery personnel and its vendors. Strong time management skills. Excellent organizational, communication and written skills Ability to multi-task Strong analytical skills
