Responsibilities
- Be a Strategic Partner to GTM and Customers: Work deeply with our largest customers, partners, and GTM teams. Translate "market noise" into clear product signal - shaping feature requirements, and defining the data models and integration patterns that enterprise customers in your vertical need.
Requirements

- Minimum requirements
- 12+ years of Product Management experience , with a track record of shipping successful products in complex, regulated environments.
- Technical fluency: You don't need to write code, but you should be comfortable reading an API spec, reasoning about system design trade-offs, and holding your own in engineering discussions. You've shipped products where the "how we build it" mattered as much as the "what."
- Deep customer obsession: A talent for getting close to customers - talking to merchants and partners - and distilling complex pain points into simple, elegant product requirements.
- Analytical rigor: You use data - not just intuition - to prioritize. You're comfortable defining metrics frameworks, digging into usage data, and making quantitative arguments for (or against) product investments.
- A Master Communicator: Stripe is a writing-heavy culture. You must be able to articulate deep technical and strategic concepts through precise, persuasive prose - your narrative docs should be things of beauty.
- High Agency & Influence: Adept at finding "homes" for initiatives, building consensus across disparate teams, and driving momentum without needing formal authority.
