Key Roles and Responsibilities Spearhead the redesign, standardization training and impact alignment of the sports-mentoring component of our programme as per requirements Develop progressive, age-appropriate sports modules, rotational term-based sports, inclusive participation guidelines, and a structured curriculum Oversee recruitment and development of coaches through competency frameworks structured training, quality assurance processes, and collaboration with stakeholders for accreditation Align sports activities to behavioral screening and assessment tools and ensure integrated coordination with all stakeholders to meet reporting requirements Ensure all coaches uphold professional, safety, and child-safe standards at all times.
