Senior Trainer

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Trainer to join our Learning & Development team, supporting the development of our RSR network through high-quality, engaging training. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone with a strong recruitment or sales background who enjoys facilitating learning and developing others. What you'll be doing Delivering engaging virtual training via MS Teams and face-to-face sessions across the UK Facilitating sales, customer service and soft-skills training for new and experienced consultants Designing and developing training programmes and materials Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business Supporting learners before, during and after training sessions Contributing to continuous improvement of our L&D offering What we're looking for Experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment Confidence and credibility delivering training to experienced professionals Excellent communication and presentation skills A proactive, organised and flexible approach Willingness to travel within the UK for training delivery Training or L&D experience is welcome, but strong recruitment or sales experience is key.
