Sales Associate (Major Retail / Wellness / Islandwide)

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate health supplements to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies or roadshows.
• Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
• Provide basic health advice or product recommendations according to customer needs.
• Achieve daily/ weekly sales targets and track product performance.
• Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked and in line with branding guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
• Collect customer feedback and report to the sales or marketing team.
• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or product launches as required.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Work location: Islandwide Working hours: 5 days per week including both weekends, up to 44 hours per week Basic Salary: $2,600 - $3,000 per month (Depending on experiences) Uncapped Commission: Averagely around $800 - $1500
