About the role

The Data Scientist will partner with the Product and Data teams to clean, organize, and analyze large volumes of data, developing innovative models, datasets, and visualizations that address our clients' most pressing questions about the future of work. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong statistical thinking, proficiency in data visualization and large-scale data processing, and solid programming skills in Python, SQL, and statistical or machine learning methods. This role will contribute to projects under the guidance of senior data scientists, make informed business and technology trade-off recommendations when appropriate, and stay current on advancements in the field to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
