Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Head of Cash Products to lead the strategy, development, and commercialisation of cash management solutions across Hong Kong and Macau within wholesale banking. As a challenger bank, this role will play a critical part in driving differentiated strategies to capture market share, accelerate client acquisition, and deliver innovative, client-centric solutions across both markets. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in product commercialisation, monetisation, and scaling, along with experience working closely with Head Office and regional teams to execute global strategies and capture cross-border flows.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a differentiated cash product strategy across Hong Kong and Macau, aligned with the bank's challenger positioning
  • Lead end-to-end product commercialisation, including proposition development, pricing, go-to-market execution, and scaling; own product P&L and revenue outcomes
  • Drive sales enablement and pipeline conversion through TB Sales, in coordination with coverage teams
  • Develop and execute strategies to capture domestic and cross-border cash flows, including key corridors involving Hong Kong, Macau, and the broader region
  • Partner with Head Office and regional teams to execute strategies and deliver consistent regional outcomes
  • Lead development and innovation of cash solutions (payments, liquidity, digital and API capabilities) to enhance client experience and competitiveness
  • Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, regulatory compliance, and strong governance across both markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in transaction banking, with strong expertise in cash management products
  • Proven track record in product commercialisation, revenue growth, and client adoption
  • Experience operating in a challenger or highly competitive banking environment
  • Strong exposure to working with Head Office and regional teams on strategy execution and flow capture
  • Solid understanding of cash solutions, payments, liquidity management, and digital trends
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities
