About the role

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is a separate Agency of the Department of War (DoW) under the direction, authority, and control of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence (OUSW (I&S)). The position is placed in the Office of the Associate Director for Personnel Vetting and Trust Decision (AD PV TD) and reports directly to the AD, PV TD. Demonstrated ability in applying the principles, techniques, methods, processes, and technology involved in personnel security, suitability and credentialing, adjudications, insider threat, and counterintelligence operations to plan, organize, and manage complex personnel vetting programs and operations. Demonstrated success leading major business transformations associated with developing and implementing new procedures, products, techniques, and solutions for use by Agency personnel and external stakeholders for assessing risk, e.g., Initial Vetting, Continuous Vetting (CV), and the U.S. Government's Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiative.
