- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent work experience). Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and process mapping software.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to persuade and influence team members and executives to adopt new ways of working.
- Soft Skills: High standards of integrity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to ongoing self-education in Lean/Six Sigma, Change Management, or similar methodologies.
