Primarily responsible full recruitment cycle, ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline, onboarding matters and employee Engagement . KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes. Screen applications and select qualified candidates. Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring Managers and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Assimilation of new hires to the organization Manage and review Onboarding and onboarding experience of new hires (Salaried and Hourly ) including onboarding processes in Workday Assist site-wide communications activities Develop, implement and administer HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees' needs Drive Employee Engagement Programs with one direct report (HR Associate). Ensure timely reporting of new hire data and statistics Develop and implement Health and Wellness Program including sports and recreation plan and community relations to aid employees well-being, retention as well as company image. Support in plant audit compliance & customer audit (training) Any other HR projects or duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications) Degree in any discipline Minimum 10 years HR related experience Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Good communications skills and Team player Meticulous and diligent Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters. Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
